Our Story
THGE Ventures was born from a simple belief: innovation should advance humanity—not leave it behind.
Our story began more than 25 years ago with the humanitarian work of Dr. Stephen Tabe and Dr. Rosa Jimenez Tabe, whose medical mission brought education, innovation, health, and hope to communities across North America, Africa, and the Dominican Republic. Their commitment to using innovation in service of people became the foundation of THGE Ventures. Today, that legacy has evolved into a strategic advisory and impact consultancy connecting technology, business, sustainability, and community. Our work is strengthened by a global network of innovators, consultants, advisors, and thought leaders—including former cyber intelligence officers, IEEE technology leaders, global innovation catalysts, and AI-driven innovators involved in collaborations spanning the Vatican and the United Nations AI for Good community. This experience shapes how we work: with expertise, trust, ethics, and purpose at the core.
